Building a global restaurant brand

With a fundamental belief that they will never fail from lack of hard work, Matthew Corrin, founder and CEO of Freshii Restaurants, continues to push his company beyond its comfort zone.

"Very early on in our lifecycle, when we were just a two year old company," says Corrin,"we decided that the longer we waited to actually go and prove this out in the US, the harder it would be for us to become a global brand."

While the journey, he admits, has proved challenging, thinking globally has certainly paid off. Now established in 13 countries, it's clear that Corrin and Freshii have cooked up a recipe for success.
